Great customer service! When I emailed about sending back the duplicate "I ❤ Cats & Wine" trucker's cap I was sent in error, my email was responded to immediately.
The attached picture shows my daughter-in law (the gift recipient) and my son (a beer drinker :-) wearing the duplicate hat which I was generously told I didn't have to send back. No doubt a local micro brewery pin will cover "wine" to proclaim his choice of beverage and still show his love of cats!
